Understanding Relationships Workshop
A workshop combining psychological insight, practical exercises and evidence-based relationship research.
A thoughtful workshop for individuals and couples exploring the foundations of healthy relationships. It explores what helps relationships thrive. Drawing on the Gottman Method, contemporary relationship research, and our clinical experience as psychologists and therapists it combines psychological insight with practical, evidence-based tools to help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that shape them.
About the workshop
Healthy relationships are not built on love alone. They are shaped by the ways we communicate, respond to conflict, create emotional safety, and understand ourselves and one another.
This three-hour workshop offers a calm and supportive space to explore what helps relationships thrive. It combines short presentations, guided reflection, practical exercises, and evidence-based tools drawn from the Gottman Method.
The workshop also draws on more than 15 years of therapeutic work with individuals and couples.
